From time to time we might just need that additional support, someone to help us build our own resilience so we can learn to cope with all the challenges life does (and will) throw at us.


I focus on a service that is personalised for you. Not everyone is the same, so it is important for me to have as many 'tools in my tool kit' to ensure you are supported in the best possible way - I am really passionate about learning and sharing. 


I understand that therapy in an unfamiliar environment is not always appropriate. I have found that with young people in particular face to face therapy can be invasive and that doesn’t always offer the best solutions. Supporting people in an environment they feel comfortable in and in a way they get the best results is so important. As well as face to face sessions, I offer Online (phone and Teams) and walk and talk (sessions in nature).
