MEDITATION

The mental health benefits of meditation can include better focus and concentration, improved self-awareness and self-esteem, lower levels of stress and anxiety, and fostering kindness. Meditation also has benefits for your physical health, as it can improve your tolerance for pain and help fight substance addiction.

DEEP BREATHING

Deep breathing (sometimes called diaphragmatic breathing) is a practice that enables more air to flow into your body and can help calm your nerves, reducing stress and anxiety. It can also help you improve your attention span and lower pain levels.

SELF HYPNOSIS

Self-hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of mind which can be defined as a heightened state of focused attention. With it, you can change your thinking, kick bad habits, and take control of the person you are—along with relaxation and destressing from everyday life.

ONLY LISTEN WHEN YOU ARE ABLE TO RELAX AND FALL ASLEEP.

Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT is used to help with the release of a variety of emotional issues. EFT is a wonderfully simple technique that can be used with an EFT practitioner and/or in the form of self-help. It usually takes one hour to become familiar with the technique and yet EFT can be a life-long resource for releasing emotional frustration, anger, upset and much more. It is another tool you can use time and time again and a tool you can easily share with others.

EFT is based on an ancient healing principal that is over 5000 years old. It is also based on Thought Field Therapy, or TFT, the founder of which was Dr Roger Callahan. In the early 1990s one of Dr Callahans former student, Gary Craig, simplified the complicated TFT algorithms and made the process universally accessible to all in the form of EFT.

It works by stimulating the body’s energy meridian points by tapping them with your fingertip. The form of tapping releases emotional and physical issues by unlocking these energy meridians. These blockages can be the cause of past traumas or pain which you have not yet been able to let go of and as a consequence it is still affecting your life today.

When is EFT used?

EFT can be used to help with issues such as anxiety, stress, worry, low confidence and self-esteem, weight, phobias, fears, relationships and many other life challenges. It also helps with reducing headaches and various aches and pains – by helping you recover your emotional and mental health.
