I have always believed that if you reach a young person or a child early enough and provide them with the tools and techniques to help themselves with their own mental health you might just save years of pain and trauma.

They have lots of helpful resources and also message boards you can join so you can talk to people the same age as you who may be experiencing what you are experiencing and found a way to help themselves
