I read loads of books about mental health and the best are books that I can read, provide an overview of and share with people. This book (How to be your own therapist by Owen O'Kane) was too good not to share as a BLOG.

I constantly bang on about how we all have it within us to help ourselves, well this book goes a step further to providing you with the tools to help you reduce anxiety and boost your mood with just 10 minutes a day. I've been following the steps and really enjoying putting these actions into my day. Instead of spending the first half an hour of my day flicking through the news, FB, LinkedIn, Instagram I now use it to do these exercises and some others that I would normally do.
