Employee Wellbeing
If you have read my 'about me' page you will know that I have been in management consulting for over 30 years. I have worked in IT, Finance/Banking, Consulting, Travel and more recently Pharmaceutical industries. I have managed teams of people both in the UK and Globally. I have built teams, managed large transformations, worked on business process re-design plus much more.

I understand the pressure of working in a corporate and business environment. I understand that a business's most valuable asset is its people. If you don't look after your people then your business will not succeed.
