Think Yourself Slim

Think Yourself Slim is a tailored remote programme which you can do in your own time, at your own pace and in your own surroundings. The course is completely confidential. You can access each module by clicking on the days to the right.  We recommend that you put between approximately 1 hour aside each day to make best use of your new learnings.


We have used a number of brief therapies such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy (TLT), Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Meditation to build the programme. Brief therapy is different to other types of therapy. The techniques work more pro-actively in order to treat the problem faster. Brief Therapy is all about being brief and focusing on solutions rather than on the problems.

Many people struggle with weight control. They start one diet after another; lose a little weight, and then stop. Many people do not understand why this happens. Some people just need that little extra support; they want to learn how to control their weight and health and not for their weight and health to control them. This is exactly what Think Yourself Slim will give you; we will help you help yourself.


All you need to do is be totally committed to completing each days exercises. If you are not 100% committed then it is not the right time for you to start the programme. We may have other services that will help you.

STOP - before you embark on the change you need to know that you are ready for change. You need to have at least one hour a day available to ensure you get the most from our programme. You need to make sure that you continue to practice all the positive techniques you will learn as part of the programme. You need to be in it with purpose.
