One to One Treatment

We all feel pressure and stress from time to time and we all need support to help us through it.

 

Positive change is not as far away as you think! Here at Your Wellbeing UK we will help you get more out of your life and help you change your future for the better.

 

What makes our services different is that they are personal to you. Not everyone is the same, so we use Hypnoanalysis with a blend of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy and CBT tailored to you personally to ensure quick results and long lasting effect. During the sessions we work positively to uncover strengths, help you to feel better about yourself and give valuable feedback on unhelpful thoughts and behaviours in supporting you to move forward. 

 

We understand that therapy in an unfamiliar environment is not always appropriate for everyone. We find that with young people this form of therapy can be invasive and doesn’t always offer the best solutions. Supporting people in an environment they feel comfortable in will always aid trust and benefits lasting results, so some of our sessions will be held outdoors or in an environment you feel most comfortable in.
