Beat those Blues

Beat those Blues is a tailored remote programme which you can do in your own time, at your own pace and in your own surroundings. The course is completely confidential. You can access each module by clicking on the days to the right.  We recommend that you put between 1 and 2 hours a day aside.

 

We have used a number of brief therapies such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy (TLT), Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Meditation to build the programme. Brief therapy is different to other types of therapy. The techniques work more pro-actively in order to treat the problem faster. Brief Therapy is all about being brief and focusing on solutions rather than on the problems.

Many people suffer from depression, stress or anxiety and don't know where to turn or understand why they are thinking, feeling and behaving in a particular way. This programme will help you understand how your thoughts impact your feelings and behaviours. We will provide you with many tools and techniques that will help you to help yourself.

 

All you need to do is be totally committed to completing each days exercises. If you are not 100% committed then it is not the right time for you to start the programme. We may have other services that will help you.
